Elena Mutinelli's solo exhibition entitled "CORPOMATERIACORPO," curated by Luigi Cavadini offers a journey through 30 years of the artist's creative activity from 1993 to 2022.

Through thought-provoking works, Mutinelli explores the marriage of the human body and matter, transforming the substance of life into forms that tell stories of deep connection and mystery.

The exhibition offers a privileged look at significant specimens from his career, such as "One in the Other, One Against the Other," which challenges the viewer with the dilemma of fusion or struggle between bodies; or "Memories," which emerges from the marble block as a tangible evocation of the past. Also through composite works such as "Don't Let Go" and "Knots," where hands become the visual synthesis of entire bodies, he invites the audience to reflect on the complexity of being human.

With other works-"Wings of Stone" and "Orpheus and Eurydice"-inspired on the one hand by mythology and on the other by Dino Buzzati's fiction, he transforms matter and body into pure poetry, guiding the viewer toward a contemplation of the eternal cycle of life and matter, which in "Root and Eternal," a large 2018 white clay bas-relief tondo, celebrates the perpetual mutation of forms and finds a manifestation of remarkable visual impact.

An invitation, then, to immerse oneself in Elena Mutinelli's evocative and profound universe, where sculpture becomes a bridge between the tangible and the mysterious, between matter and transcendence.
