For those who want to practise yoga while respecting their bodies, beyond the fashions of the moment and marketing trends, Yoga Time offers a practice that follows the tradition of Jñana Yoga, the yoga of knowledge, according to Nil Hahoutoff's method. It is a traditional classical method adaptable to all people and all ages.

Yoga brings alignment, balance, strength and elasticity on the different planes of the human being: physical, mental, spiritual. The benefits are easily achieved on a bodily level, while respecting one's own physical uniqueness. In addition, Yoga is a powerful awareness tool that brings the individual to a deep knowledge of self, both on a conscious and unconscious level, thus offering the opportunity to fully enjoy existence. No matter where, whether it is in the office, at the place of study or in a dedicated room, do not neglect to take time for yourself and practise.

The teacher, Paola Elia, a graduate in Communication Sciences in Milan, has been practising yoga and Vipassana meditation for 20 years. She graduated from the four-year SFYDY school in Milan (700 hours) where she studied anatomy, physiology applied to yoga, Indian philosophy and Sanskrit alongside practising with Boris Tazky and Alberta Biressi, referents of the Yoga of Energy, and with teachers Patrick Tomatis and Claudio Conte for the Hahoutoff method. She follows constantly certified refresher and continuing education courses.
