The Monte Tamaro cable car is closed due to replacement works from 2 September 2024 to the beginning of June 2025.
The Alpe Foppa restaurant (1,530 metres above sea level) seats 400, facilities include a snack bar, shop and sun terrace with loungers for hire.
Suitable for banquets, cocktails and buffets, maximum capacity 250 people, conference room with video projector available.
Traditional cuisine, especially typical Ticino dishes, such as polenta with two different kinds of cheese, home-made meat and vegetarian lasagne and tripe stew Ticino-style. Wide choice of dishes and menus for adults and children.
