Kundalini Yoga open door class

Outdoor Kundalini Yoga class, for all participants, where you activate the energy in the body and experience a sense of vitality, enthusiasm and growing awareness with teacher Cristina Bernasconi.

Necessities: yoga mat, blanket and heavy sweater for relaxation.

We invite you to leave your car at the parking lot of the swimming pools of Carona and in about 10 minutes walk you will arrive in front of the meeting point Ristorante San Grato.
