For his first time as director at the LAC, Stefano Cordella has chosen "Improvvisamente l'estate scorsa", an Italian language version of the American author Tennessee Williams’ play Suddenly Last Summer, one of his most surprising and personal creations, a drama full of symbols and visions that unfolds as a sort of psychological thriller in a claustrophobic vortex of tension and violence.
